A fresh yogurt sauce with cucumber, garlic and dill. Great with wraps, grilled vegetables, bowls or anything that needs a cool little lift.

Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 180ml Greek yogurt
  • 100ml cucumber, grated or chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  • Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt and pepper to your MyBlend 3.
  • Blend briefly until smooth.
  • Stir in the cucumber by hand for a fresher texture.
  • Serve cold with wraps, salads, bowls or grilled food.
Tip: Squeeze out excess water from the cucumber for a thicker tzatziki.
