Creamy Mushroom Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 180 ml sautéed mushrooms
  • 90 ml crème fraîche
  • 50 ml pasta water
  • 30 ml grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • ½ garlic clove
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Sauté the mushrooms until golden.
  • Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients to MyBlend Compact and blend until smooth.
  • Warm gently in the pan and toss with hot pasta.
Tip: Let the mushrooms get properly golden before blending. The caramelised flavour carries through the whole sauce.
