Skagen-Style Sauce
The flavour profile of a classic Skagen topping blended into a smooth sauce in MyBlend 3. Crème fraîche, mayonnaise, dill and a little horseradish. Serve as is or stir in cooked shrimp for the full experience.
Ingredients
- 150ml crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tsp grated horseradish
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add crème fraîche, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, horseradish and mustard to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve as is, or stir in cooked shrimp for a full Skagen-style topping.
- Season with salt and pepper.
Tip: Blend only the base and stir in the shrimp by hand if you want texture.
