Mustard Dressing
A creamy emulsified dressing with Dijon and dill that blends into a smooth, pourable consistency in MyBlend 3. Works well on salmon, potato salad or as a base for a grain bowl.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100ml neutral oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add mustard, vinegar, honey and dill to your MyBlend 3.
- Add oil.
- Blend until emulsified and smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: Add the oil gradually while blending for a thicker emulsion.
