Rhode Island Dressing
The classic Swedish dressing for prawn salad, eggs and avocado. Creamy, a little tangy and quick to make in MyBlend 3. The kind of sauce that shows up everywhere in Swedish home cooking, and for good reason.
Ingredients
- 150ml crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add crème fraîche, mayonnaise and chili sauce to your MyBlend 3.
- Add lemon juice and paprika powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: Use full-fat crème fraîche for a richer, creamier result.
