Raspberry Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 350ml frozen raspberries
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Add frozen raspberries, lemon juice and honey to your MyBlend Compact.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
Tip: Strain through a fine mesh sieve after blending if you prefer a sorbet without seeds.
