Protein Mousse
A quick protein mousse with a creamy texture and simple ingredients. Works as a snack, dessert-ish moment or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
- 150ml quark or Greek yogurt
- ½ banana
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp protein powder, optional
- 1 tsp honey, optional
Instructions
- Add quark or Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
- Add banana, cocoa powder, protein powder and honey.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- Spoon into a bowl and serve straight away, or chill for 10 minutes.
Tip: For a berry version, replace cocoa with 100ml frozen raspberries or strawberries.
