A quick protein mousse with a creamy texture and simple ingredients. Works as a snack, dessert-ish moment or post-workout treat.

Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 150ml quark or Greek yogurt
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp protein powder, optional
  • 1 tsp honey, optional

Instructions

  • Add quark or Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
  • Add banana, cocoa powder, protein powder and honey.
  • Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Spoon into a bowl and serve straight away, or chill for 10 minutes.
Tip: For a berry version, replace cocoa with 100ml frozen raspberries or strawberries.
