Protein Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 150ml milk
  • 80ml Greek yogurt or quark
  • ½ banana
  • 40ml oats
  • 60ml frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp protein powder, optional

Instructions

  • Add milk and Greek yogurt to your MyBlend 3.
  • Add banana, oats, frozen berries and protein powder.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Drink straight away or take it with you.
Tip: Let the smoothie sit for 2 minutes after blending if you want the oats to soften a little.
