Horseradish Sauce
Crème fraîche, horseradish and honey blended smooth in MyBlend 3. The horseradish gives it a clear, clean heat that fades after a few seconds. Good with salmon, roast beef, boiled eggs and rye bread.
Ingredients
- 200ml crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp grated horseradish (fresh or from jar)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add crème fraîche, horseradish, lemon juice and honey to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more horseradish if you want a stronger flavour.
- Season with salt and serve.
Tip: Start with 1 tbsp horseradish and taste before adding more — strength varies between brands.
