Herb Sauce with Chives and Parsley
Fresh chives and parsley blended with Greek yogurt in MyBlend 3. Bright green, faintly sharp and light enough to go over almost anything. The colour alone makes it worth making. Good with new potatoes, fish or grilled vegetables.
Ingredients
- 200ml Greek yogurt
- 25g fresh chives
- 20g fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add Greek yogurt, lemon juice and mustard to your MyBlend 3.
- Add chives and parsley.
- Blend until smooth and bright green.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: Use a generous amount of herbs so the sauce gets that bright green colour.
