Nordic Berry Boost
Frozen blueberries and raspberries, yogurt, oat milk and a spoonful of oats. That is basically all there is to it. The MyBlend handles it in under four minutes and the result is a deep purple smoothie that tastes like a proper nordic morning. Simple enough to actually become a habit.
Ingredients
- 100 ml frozen blueberries
- 75 ml frozen raspberries
- 100 ml natural yogurt
- 100 ml oat milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to your MyBlend.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour and drink straight away.
Tip: Add the rolled oats at the very end just before blending to avoid a gummy texture.
