Mango Sorbet
Frozen mango and lime juice blended into a sorbet. No added sugar and ready in five minutes.
Ingredients
- 400ml frozen mango
- juice of ½ lime
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions
- Let the frozen mango sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
- Add mango, lime juice and water to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or freeze for 20 minutes for a firmer texture.
Tip: For a creamier texture, add 2 tbsp coconut milk before blending.
