Hummus
A creamy everyday hummus for wraps, bowls, sandwiches or dipping vegetables. Simple, smooth and always useful to have in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 230ml cooked chickpeas, rinsed
- 50ml tahini
- 40ml lemon juice
- 30ml olive oil
- 30–50ml water
- 1 small garlic clove
- Salt
Instructions
- Add water, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini to your MyBlend 3.
- Add chickpeas, garlic and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add more water little by little if needed.
- Serve as a dip, spread or bowl topping.
Tip: For extra smooth hummus, blend a little longer and scrape down the sides if needed.
