  • 230ml cooked chickpeas, rinsed
  • 50ml tahini
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 30–50ml water
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Add water, lemon juice, olive oil and tahini to your MyBlend 3.
  • Add chickpeas, garlic and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add more water little by little if needed.
  • Serve as a dip, spread or bowl topping.
Tip: For extra smooth hummus, blend a little longer and scrape down the sides if needed.
