Curry Mango Sauce
Yogurt, mango chutney and curry blended smooth in MyBlend 3. Mild, golden and sweet enough to work with the whole family. Good on chicken salad, rice or wrapped in a flatbread.
Ingredients
- 200ml plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp mango chutney
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add yogurt, mango chutney, curry powder and lemon juice to your MyBlend 3.
- Blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and serve.
Tip: A splash of lime juice instead of lemon gives a slightly fresher edge.
