Creamy Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta Sauce
Sometimes dinner should feel a little indulgent without any extra effort. Dried tomatoes from the jar bring deep flavour, crème fraîche keeps it smooth, and a handful of parmesan ties it together. Blend everything in MyBlend Compact in seconds. Ready before the pasta has finished cooking.
Ingredients
- 120 ml crème fraîche
- 80 ml sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
- 60 ml pasta water
- 30 ml grated parmesan
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Chili flakes, optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth.
- Toss with hot pasta and loosen with extra pasta water if needed.
Tip: If the sauce feels too thick, add pasta water a little at a time. The starch in the water helps it cling to the pasta.
