Classic Basil Pesto
A classic green pesto with basil, parmesan and nuts. Ready in minutes and just as good with pasta as it is on sandwiches or roasted vegetables.
Ingredients
- 60ml fresh basil
- 50ml olive oil
- 40ml parmesan, grated
- 30ml pine nuts or cashews
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Add olive oil and lemon juice to your MyBlend 3.
- Add basil, parmesan, nuts and garlic.
- Blend until smooth or slightly textured.
- Serve with pasta, sandwiches, salads or vegetables.
Tip: Add a splash of water or extra olive oil if you want a looser pesto.
