Banana Nice Cream
Ice cream made from frozen bananas only. No cream, no sugar and no ice cream machine.
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas (sliced and frozen)
Instructions
- Peel, slice and freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours.
- Let the frozen banana slices sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending.
- Add to your MyBlend Compact.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides if needed.
- Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 30 minutes for something firmer.
Tip: The riper the bananas before freezing, the sweeter and creamier the result.
