Avocado Dressing
A creamy green dressing for salads, wraps and bowls. Fresh, mild and made for days when lunch needs saving fast.
Ingredients
- ½ ripe avocado
- 100ml Greek yogurt
- 60ml water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ garlic clove
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Add water, Greek yogurt, lime juice and olive oil to your MyBlend 3.
- Add avocado, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth and pourable.
- Drizzle over salads, wraps, bowls or roasted vegetables.
Tip: Add more water little by little if you want it thinner.
