American Pancakes
Fluffy American pancakes made the easy way. Blend the batter, heat the pan, and breakfast is basically sorted.
Ingredients
- 150ml milk
- 1 egg
- 120ml flour
- 1 tbsp melted butter or oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add milk and egg to your MyBlend 3.
- Add flour, melted butter, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Cook small pancakes in a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Flip when bubbles appear on the surface.
